Irish psychological horror/thriller THE CANAL has landed a slew of international distributors following it’s Tribeca world premiere in April 2014. Assured direction by Ivan Kavanagh and knockout performances by leads Rupert Evans, Antonia Campbell-Hughes and Dutch newcomer Hannah Hoekstra have convinced buyers of the films commercial potential. Picked up for North America by The Orchard theatrical release there is October 2014.
